How do I check if a vendor profile already exists?

You can check the Vendor/Payee Request Web Form to see if a profile already exists.  If a profile does not exist for the vendor you want to request a Purchase Order for, one must be created.

*Please note, some vendors have different names on their tax forms. It is helpful to have a current copy of the vendor's W9 form to confirm the official name recognized by the government.
