How do I purchase MTA Metro Cards?

There are two ways metro cards can be purchased for the NYC Subway:

1. Purchase using own money and submit an expense reimbursement via Concur.
2. Use SPS designated P-card to place order with central MTA offices. Standard P-cards cannot be used to purchase metro cards. To request a purchase, a ticket must be submitted using the P-card request form.

When purchasing from central MTA offices, metro cards must be purchased in predetermined batches for select card types. A complete listing and pricing structure for metro card purchases can be found on the attached document from the MTA.
